What we collect, and what we do with it.

Levotate is a small company in Castle Rock, Colorado. This site exists so you can decide whether to talk to us. Here is everything it collects, in plain language.
When you send the form
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email, and (optionally) what's bothering you. If you used the cost calculator and left "Include my estimate" ticked, the yearly figure it produced is sent too. With it we record the page you were on, the page that sent you here, any campaign tags in the address, your IP address and your browser type. We use the last two to spot spam and abuse, nothing else.
Submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase in the United States) and emailed to hello@levotate.com through Resend, an email delivery service. We use what you send to reply to you and to talk about working together. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
When you book, call or text
"Book a call" opens Google Calendar's booking page, in a window on this site or in a new tab. What you enter there is covered by Google's own privacy policy, and Google may set cookies on its pages. Calling or texting 720-604-0280 works like any phone call: we see your number and what you tell us.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set cookies for tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that may read a few signals from your browser to tell people from scripts; it does not track you across sites.
How long we keep it
Leads stay in our database and inbox while there's a reason to keep them: an open conversation, a project, or a legal requirement to hold a record. If none of those apply, we delete them.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you and we'll send a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it and we will, unless we're legally required to keep a record.
- Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honour them for everyone.

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
